2.5. Anonymization of Personal Data: Actions that result in the impossibility of determining the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data without the use of additional information.

Processing of Personal Data: Any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using or without using automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

2.7. Company: A legal or physical person, independently or together with other persons organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

2.8. Personal Data: Any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the Company's websites.

2.9. User: Any visitor to the Company's websites.

2.10. Provision of Personal Data: Actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

2.11. Dissemination of Personal Data: Any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including making personal data public in the media, placing in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.

2.12. Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data: Transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign government body, a foreign physical or foreign legal person.

2.13. Destruction of Personal Data: Any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or the destruction of the physical media of personal data.

3. The Company may process the following personal data of the User

3.1. Last Name, First Name, Middle Name (if applicable).

3.2. Phone number.

3.3. Email address.

3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet statistics services (such as Google Analytics).

3.5. The above-mentioned data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained in the Company's services.

4.2. The Company also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to privacy@globalart.dev with the note "Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services, and special offers".

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Company processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the Company's websites. By filling out the respective forms and/or sending their personal data to the Company, the User agrees to this Policy.

5.2. The Company processes anonymized data about the User if it is allowed in the User's browser settings (enabled saving of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology).

6. Procedure for Collecting, Storing, Transferring, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Company is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of U.S. law, including the CCPA and GDPR as applicable.

6.2. The Company ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

6.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation.

6.4. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Company via email to privacy@globalart.dev with the note "Update personal data".

6.5. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User can revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Company via email to privacy@globalart.dev with the note "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data".

7. Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. The Company must ensure that the foreign state to which personal data is supposed to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects before commencing cross-border transfer of personal data.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only with the written consent of the subject of personal data for cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the execution of a contract to which the subject of personal data is a party.

8.2. Any changes to the personal data processing policy by the Company will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
